Welford School's Eco-friendly Initiative with Refill Revolution

Welford School was delighted to host Steve from Refill Revolution and Rita the Roadster for a special assembly. Pupils in Key Stage 2 were especially thrilled to visit Rita and refill their pots, engaging in a hands-on learning experience about sustainability and reducing plastic waste.

Refill Revolution is a community initiative aimed at promoting environmental sustainability by encouraging people to refill reusable containers with water and other drinks instead of using single-use plastic bottles. They collaborate with schools and businesses to raise awareness about plastic pollution and inspire actions that contribute to a cleaner, greener future.
